Reiki Level I
First Degree : Awakening
Reiki Level I is a transformative and foundational training in energy healing. The first degree will help you awaken your innate capacity to channel Universal Energy, giving you access to an unlimited source of wellness, healing and magic.
Private trainings are customized to your experience, intentions, and goals. I created an extended version of the training with the intention to support you in creating a new habit and personal practice.

Ways to learn:
Reiki Level I for Self-healing:
8 hour training, 2 day intensive or 4 week series, meeting once a week.
Reiki Level I Certification:
16 hour training / 2 day intensive and weekly meeting series format.
Includes learning how to do reiki treatments for others.
To receive your certificate you will need to complete written assignments and submit a record of treatments for yourself and others.

About your Reiki Teacher:
Maria Colina is a reiki master and sound healer, ayurvedic lifestyle counselor, meditation and yoga teacher with seventeen years of professional experience. She studied Medicine in Venezuela before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2006.
Maria is a remarkable individual who shows passion and dedication to her work. With over a decade of experience in integrative healing, She delivers accessible, inspiring, and transformational experiences.
Her work is based on helping you to access your innate capacity to move towards self-healing and discovery. Maria’s approach is warm, personable, and oriented to developing a compassionate and non-judgemental awareness toward what supports or diminishes your well-being.
Maria offers integrative holistic practices, and tools that support diet and digestion, sleep and rest, emotional balance, relaxation, mindfulness, and a positive mindset.
