My approach to working with clients is client centered, integrative and focused on taking care of the whole person. I give great importance to offering simple and easy tools that are capable of building a sustainable and confident foundation to wellness.

I provide a compassionate and non-judgemental environment for clients to comfortably share their concerns, obstacles and achievements.

A holistic wellness session will help you:

  • Restore the balance of body, mind, and spirit

Integrative, holistic approach:

  • Lifestyle: Daily routines, exercise, relaxation, mindfulness, emotional resilience and cultivating a positive mindset.

  • Healing Practices & Tools: The use of sound (mantras), breathing techniques, guided imagery, visualization, mental rehearsal, meditation and mindfulness.

  • Seasonal holistic programs for cleansing and rejuvenating


Ways to work together:

First-Time Clients Package – $199

To get you started, we will begin with an initial package of three sessions over the course of one month.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom, and you will receive a written wellness plan, relevant recipes and practices, home remedies, and other educational materials.

Includes an initial 60-minute session and two follow-up 30 minute sessions.

Follow-Up Sessions – 30 minutes: $60

For best results, I recommend continuing with follow-up sessions—meeting once a week or every other week for a minimum of three months.
