To evaluate what is supporting or diminishing your well-being, we will review the primary aspects of your life: Diet and digestion, lifestyle, sleep and rest, mind and emotions, purpose and meaning. From that place of inner wisdom, we will create a plan towards simplified behavioral changes that support your life visions. Sessions integrate coaching and consulting, helping you to access your wisdom and intuition, providing personalized, holistic recommendations.

For best results and benefits, I recommend meeting once a week or every other week for a minimum of three months.
Sessions are done via zoom video, you will receive a written wellness plan, relevant recipes and practices, home remedies, and other educational materials.
Initial Session : 75 minutes for $165 (regularly $195)
Follow up sessions: 45 minutes for $125
