We begin the first phase with the full moon on August 31st.
The first phase will help you:

Identify current body-mind imbalances and areas of your life that you would want to improve

We begin the second phase with the Fall Equinox on September, 21st.

Schedule
Note:
Private sessions will be schedule during heal and regenerate phase, you will have flexible time options to set up your appointment.
Group sessions are by demand and live on Thursdays (60 minutes) @5.30pm PT/ 7.30PM CT/ 8.30PM ET
Practice sessions are designed to align with the moon and seasonal changes, helping you to clear, balance and harmonize your energy. We will be sharing meditative practices integrating guided imagery, breathing techniques, gentle movement, reiki, sound healing and journaling.
Recordings will be raw and not edited, they will available as soon as they upload. You will have access to all recordings for up to three months after the last class of the program.

Maria Colina
Maria Colina is a reiki master and sound healer, ayurvedic lifestyle counselor, meditation and yoga teacher, with seventeen years of professional experience. She studied Medicine in Venezuela before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2006.
Maria is a remarkable individual who shows passion and dedication to her work. With over a decade of experience in integrative healing, Maria offers accessible, inspiring and transformational teachings.
Claudia Santana
Founder and owner of The Skin Care Clinic in Burlingame, CA.
With 30 years of service in the beauty industry, Claudia recognizes the various skin needs based on ethnicities and genders that create unique skin combinations and creates customized skin treatments based on those unique qualities.
Claudia uses a wide spectrum of holistic modalities to allow you to restore balance and harmonize your energy system; empowering your innate capacity to heal and shine all the beauty that is within you.
